If you would like to experience a well rounded massage, which highlights points that you specify are troubling you, and gives you plenty of time to relax  into the experience, a 1 hour massage is recommended. A consultation for new clients can be conducted in person, which will take up some of the time allocated to the massage, or you can return a consultation form via e-mail (link provided) which saves time for your massage. I can bring the massage to you if you are within my visiting area, or you are welcome to receive at a room in my home specifically set up for massage (location provided when you contact me to make a booking).
